Linda

An avid fitness enthusiast, Linda has been teaching barre classes for over 14 years. She trains for and races the time trials and has won many events. Cycling is her passion outside of teaching, and FORME Method has taken her strength to the next level. Linda combines her ballet background and fierce athleticism to deliver a class that’s intense but readily modified for all fitness levels. She resides with her husband in Rye and has two boys 31 and 29 who are also talented athletes.
